HOME INSPECTIONS
Complete home inspections, including plumbing, electrical, foundation, roofs,
interior features, heating/air and insulation... plus more. This is not what I am
licensed to do but you will get a fair job for just $195 average cost and a written
report as well. See my Inspection Form.

·Roof repair - ....roofing repair/replacement does not require a Pierce County permit the last time I checked, however homeowners should call and check what permits may be required within city or county limits whenever work is to be done. Any permits that are required are the responsibility of the homeowner.

· Plumbing | Kitchen | Sewer inside - outside

· Doors & windows - added on to old garage, remodel permit was obtained by owner.

· Kitchen remodel | Ceramic Tile counter tops, floors etc. - Owner had permit and I worked as a helper for legal reasons.

· Bath remodel | Before shot - After shot

· Sheet rock & framing | Storage shed add-on before shot - after shot

· General Remodel work - Cottage complete makeover, owner got permits for ADU.
